We focus on one event is happening at a time. Rent the venue for one day, or two days. Inquire for multiple day event.
indoor & outdoor ceremony areas
Choose wherever you'd like your ceremony to be. Our arena is so large that you can also have your ceremony separated from your reception.
Heated barn/arena, and giant barn doors for a cool breeze. No restrictions on when you can have an event, just see if we're available!
All indoor and outdoor locations to have your event are handicap-accessible. The ceremony is even close to the arena.

If our packages don't fit what you're looking for, we can create a custom rental package tailored to you.
10 to 300 guests
You can have a small event, or even a seated event inside our arena for up to 300 guests.
Cleaning & trash removal
We don't need you to clean up after your event. All rentals include setting up and taking down your decorations, and tidying up!
plenty of fancy bathrooms
No need to rent porta-potties, there are nice multi-stall restrooms & handicap accessible restrooms downstairs.
variety of tables and chairs
All packages include use of twenty 12-foot oak farm tables, 8 ft. banquet tables, or 30 ft. cocktail tables, different cake tables, and 200+ black chairs.

Need parking attendants to show guests where to go? We've got you covered for up to 400 vehicles.
fire pit & maintenance
Our Enchanted Gables fire pit is included with wood and servicing until 10PM.
Enjoy cocktail hour, or any kind of event on our patio sparkling with cafe lights and a firepit. We also have corn hole, Jenga blocks, or horse shoes for games.
Horses & Animals
Get your animal fix and visit our two horses. We also have resident ducks, dogs, and occasional wildlife that visit the property.
Love photos by the water? We have a small pond next to the barn.
We have outdoor furniture, or we can set up vintage sofas and carpets outside.

Large Reception Area
Don't worry about renting a tent. Enjoy your event in our modern, 10,000 sq. ft. facility with a barn attached to the arena. It can be divided into 3 separate areas.
A coat room is available to use, and is really handy for winter events!
Our shiny concrete arena floor has a large 24'x24' smooth wooden dance floor for all your dance moves!
Take your pick of any of our stylish couches, lounge chairs, or furniture pieces to use outside or inside.
Large Bridal Suite & Groom Lounge
Get ready in our temperature-controlled 1,200 square ft. bridal suite upstairs with a balcony view, or use one of the rooms downstairs. We also have a fashionable set of lockers for your groomsmen.
Use ofthe Stage
If you hire a band or have a special performance, feel free to use our stage if you'd like.
Food & Fare

We have large commercial refrigerators, freezers, a sink, and a staging area for your caterer of choice.
While there's no caterer or vendor that you're restricted to, we have a list of vendors we love.
We'll work with your caterer to let them know the types of dishes and items they're free to use!

things to know for indoor events
We love well behaved dogs, and we also have a little dog house you can use!
We offer a horse-drawn carriage for show, photos, or for your guests to ride. It can be converted to a sleigh is available, and perfect for an enchanted winter wedding, too.
Drapes & Chandeliers
Our drapes & chandeliers are our signature look, so they always come with the rental!
Our rustic bars on wheels can be moved to any part of the venue you wish.
Ceremony Arbors or Chuppahs
Choose from 4 different arbors to use for your ceremony area. We also have many large wood benches for up to 100 guests.
Access to the Prop Collection
Use anything from our extensive collection of shabby chic & vintage decor, like vases, table decor, etc.
